You are welcome to return the item/s to one of our stores with your tax invoice or receipt. Please let the team at the service counter know what has happened and they will assist you from there.

Alternatively you can pack and post the item with a copy of your tax invoice and send your item/s via the post. As this is a Reply Paid address you will not be charged for posting your return to us.
- Go to https://return.auspost.com.au/HARRIS_SCARFE to obtain and print your reply-paid label. If you cannot print at home, you can visit a participating post office with your tax invoice & ID and have it printed in-store. See the Australia Post Post Office locator to find your nearest outlet offering Print at Post.
- Post your item to us. You can drop your parcel at your nearest street box or Post Office. Please remember to include a copy of your tax invoice or bank statement with your parcel return.
- Please allow time for your parcel to reach us and for your refund or replacement to be processed. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.
